Chandni Chowk:

Is one of Old Delhi's oldest and busiest markets. Chandni Chowk is a haven for all shopaholics, foodies, photographers and even travel frenzies, used as a backdrop in many Bollywood feature films. Renowned for its 'Paranthe Wali Gali,' 'Kake di Hatti,' flamboyant garment shops that are the ideal pit shops for picking wedding, festive, regular garments. The market had been built by the great mughal emperor, Shah Jahan.

Dilli Haat:

This is a great place to visit when in Delhi. Designed in a village theme, it is laden with beautiful handicrafts, traditional dresses and delectable culinary from every state of India. It is located in two different places in Delhi, one in INA and the other one in Pitampura.

Janpath:

Tighten up your laces and go for a shopping spree you looked for in Janpath. Together with the Tibetan items, apart from the new trendy clothing, one can get souvenirs from any Indian destination here. It is located next to Place Connaught. With the abundance of exotic tastes you can tantalize your taste buds.

Sarojini Nagar:

This is the location where you put your haggling skills to serious trial against India's best trained hawkers. They've got the prums, they've got the boxes, they've even got the suits, you name it and they're selling it. This is India's biggest flea market, the perfect place to battle for the most prestigious products which the custom department has refused.

Paharganj:

Special notice is expected of this location. This is Delhi's biggest traveler ghetto-inexpensive lodging, decent food and paparazzi. One can shop for the gorgeous hookahs, handbags, bed sheets, hipster clothes and much more.

Delhi's streets are the pleasure one must visit at least once in a lifetime. There are several other streets of Khan Market, Jamia, Lajpat Nagar, etc. that will enmesh you with their range of cafes, mouth watering delicacies, and fashionable outfits.
